The Dragon Well Green Tea leaves are picked young and taken back to the village where the skilled tea masters use their bare hands to press them flat in a hot, dry wok in the traditional way. Here, it is meticulously dried by hand using a traditional pan-firing method. Like most fine Chinese green teas – our Dragon well Green Tea has a high concentration of antioxidant flavonoids and other polyphenols, especially catechins. How to Steep
- Pre heat your cup with hot water for 1 minute then pour the water out
- Take 2 grams of Dragon Well Green Tea in the warm cup
- Fill the cup with 85°C (185°F) hot pure drinking water and enjoy the aroma
- Let the tea steep for 3 – 5 minutes and enjoy the great taste up to 5 infusions
